RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days. Of course, you will receive a full refund.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please use a parcel service of your choice for the return. Kindly inform us about your return in advance via email at welcome@jl-living.com.
How to Return or Exchange:
You may return a product without providing a reason, from the date of the shipping confirmation up to 14 days after receiving the last item of your order. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at +43 676 530 9998 or welcome@jl-living.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the last item of your order.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the product. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Damages and Issues:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will promptly find a solution for you!
Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Refunds:
Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used when making the purchase on the Looops webshop. You should receive the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We may contact you if we suspect any misuse. We also reserve the right to deactivate accounts involved in suspicious activities to prevent fraud.
